    A lovely cafe bistro in Newhaven Edinburgh. They do breakfast until 12pm then the menu changes to the main menu which is what we came for. We were early so had to wait for 30 mins for the menus to change over. It is a busy place so it may best to book if you want a certain time. Service is good but busy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is really nice. Would definitely recommend trying this place

    We came to Porto and Fi for a family reunion dinner. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. It was quiet and we were able to talk and hear each other easily. Most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious. A standout was the vegetarian quiche - absolutely the best quiche I’ve ever had. It was served with a lovely salad and very tasty coleslaw. It was so good my husband and I returned on our last night in Edinburgh. Highly recommended!

    What a wee gem! I usually drive past this bistro but so glad that tonight, I walked through Newhaven, and spotted Porto & Fi. Delicious food, great choice of wines & I got a seat outside where I could enjoy the glorious sunset. The waiter was exceptionally welcoming and staff all very professional. Service was quick. Can't wait to go back!

    Delightful place near the Port of Leith. Excellent choices on the menu. We got there at 7:30 and it was quietening down by then - it’s very busy during the day (booking advised). Specials sell out. The place has a lovely feel. Staff are attentive. Food was wonderful. Really enjoyed our visit.

    Amazing. Lovely place and atmosphere. Very welcoming, friendly and polite staff. Absolutely gorgeous food. Only one lager on draft, but it is an excellent choice with a light flavour that doesn't overpower your food. Highly recommend this restaurant.
