An absolute joke of a chemist and Pharmacist needs a good look in the mirror. The man sits in the corner all day playing with bags. I took my 3 year old in there to see if the pharmacists could look at his lip. Apparently this required a referral from the doctor surgery. A REFERRAL FOR A POTENTIAL COLD SORE ON A 3 YEAR OLD. These people don't deserve the money that flows through their business, pathetic excuse to medicine and representative of the NHS

Very rude pharmacist, try to sell extra medicines to me on top of my prescription. On another incident, My husband went in for having cough, fever and body aches for more than 3 weeks and he just roll eyes and said wait until it goes away. Another pharmacy straight away have him antibiotics. Gp said later that he needed antibiotics as well. Very rude man!

In several occasions the pharmacist has refused to advise me on which medication to use. Instead of giving any advise for my child he has stated go through NHS. When I've contacted NHS they have stated go to your pharmacist for advise. For small minor issues such as a stye or a spot or even a cough medicine the pharmacist has not helped at all. When I've gone to other pharmacy's I have got medication and advise straight away. I've had very bad experience here.

Weβve been using this pharmacyβs services for around five years now, and I can confidently say theyβve always been reliable and supportive. The staff are incredibly friendly, polite, and cooperative. They genuinely take the time to assist with any queries, whether itβs about prescriptions, over-the-counter products, or general health advice. Itβs clear they care about their customers, and that personal touch makes all the difference. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a trustworthy and welcoming pharmacy.

I rate this pharmacy excellent because the pharmacy manager provides an excellent service to the community and is always there to help any patient in need regardless age or condition. I have personally experienced this myself and I write this Pharmacy 5 out of five.

I have been dismissed by a very unprofessional pharmacist with the explanation that the medication is probably not available in the UK (medication that they have supplied in the past). She didn't even try to support me or made an effort to find other option to help me. I need this medication for a gynae problem that cause me severe bleeding and pain. Staff always pull faces when talking about the medication, asking me loudly and in front of everyone, if the medication is a contraceptive, which is not (not that is an issue, they just make you feel like it is). The above mentioned pharmacist always laugh when pronuncing my name. On top of this, staff always talk in a different language between them when in front of customers. Anyway, the medication is available in UK, in a different pharmacy, at EXACTLY 500metres from those unprofessional people

Very unprofessional, called about my medicine and they kept me on the phone for 30minutes. I was disgusted, I believe she even forgot she left me on the phone.

Bad customer service here. They always mess up my mum's prescription (and she is on repeat prescription and can't collect herself as she's unwell). When you ask for clarification, they get frustrated and speak to you as though you don't understand the basics. My brother and I have to leave work to sort things out with them, as they regularly mess up the repeat prescription, but they still treat you in an entitled manner and speak from behind the till without directly speaking to you as though you are not there. Also, they tell you to order your prescription one week ahead and when you do and go to collect it they state you have enough, why are you ordering more now. It's kind of ridiculous. There's one person who wears headscarf, who is particularly rude with an attitude. When I asked her whether she could check a certain medicine, she then stated that "I've already told her we don't have it". It's unnecessary and it doesn't hurt to say things in a nice way as it's very possible that you could have made a mistake when giving the medicine on a previous date. And either way, a bit of kindness wouldn't hurt anyone. Clearly, no awareness of what constitutes to providing good customer service.

Very professional, friendly and caring staff. Gets busy but they always try to be as quick as possible to make sure everyone is seen in a quick and caring manner! Wouldn't change chemist for anything and would recommend to friends and family. Blue hooper x
