Went here a few days ago as I am visiting Edinburgh and staying in the Marchmont area. Very good coffee, nice staff, and cute cafe.

Great coffee (latte and iced americano) , Spacious room, plenty of seats, and great staff! I forgot the name of the dessert, but it was so yummy!
April 24’ Saturday morning Come here early, it will be packed easily. Family friendly and bookable tables. Flat white has nice balance of coffee taste and milk, tastes fresh and nice.
Lovely staff, airy and comfortable cafe. They have both laptop free and workstation designated areas and plenty of room for buggies too. Bright and airy. A gem in the area:)
Very nice and bright spot to enjoy a great coffee blend. Friendly and polite staff ready to help you. The place looks to be a preference for a lot of people for reading or doing their homework. We enjoyed our coffee and for sure it's recommended to try the smoothies.
South side coffee institution. Great for filter coffee, espresso menus, and brunch food too. Machina roast in Edinburgh and always have plenty of options to take away and brew at home. They have a huge range of filter coffee, grinders and home-cafe accessories too, all available in-store.
A new, clean and modern coffee place doing really nice blends. The atmosphere is very relaxing and it's relatively spacious. There is some seating outside if the weather allows it. The staff are friendly and the service was on time. I'm giving 4 stars because there wasn't anything that wowed both coffee and food wise. In this area, good coffee and cakes are a regular and common so I was expecting something unique, something more special in their offering that would drag me back for more as opposed to just stopping by when I'm nearby. Overall, you won't be disappointed but if you have been around different cafés around, you might not find anything more.
finally got time to check their new place after being a fan of their tollcross venue. And i must says they didnt disappoint. coffee is still perfect and staff super friendly but the venue is really cool too. u have 3 atmospheres, u can be around the bar and enjoy the barista vibes or go to the next room and simply relax or enjoy the morning sun on their huge terasse.
