   Seem to have a problem giving you the size of drink you order. They just decide to increase the size of your drink and then charge you more. Good business model.

   Extremely Disappointing and Discriminatory Experience We had a very upsetting experience at the Starbucks in Livingston Outlet Shopping Centre that left us feeling humiliated and deeply hurt. There were four of us, all from Iran, simply enjoying our drinks and having a conversation — just like many other customers in the store who were also talking and laughing. But one staff member aggressively approached only us, demanding that we stop talking. His tone was rude, confrontational, and completely unprovoked. There were plenty of other people speaking just as loudly, but we were the only ones targeted — and we strongly believe it was because of where we’re from and how we look. He made us feel so uncomfortable that we had no choice but to leave. It ruined our day and even now, thinking back on it still makes us feel ashamed and upset. To anyone who is a person of colour, or from a minority background: be very cautious if you go to this location. Better yet, avoid it altogether. You may be treated unfairly, spoken to with disrespect, and made to feel like you don’t belong — even if you’ve done absolutely nothing wrong. We hope Starbucks takes this matter seriously. No one deserves to be treated this way.

   Always super busy when I come to this Starbucks. Usually have to clean up the tables because customers usually grab tables as soon as the tables are free. Friendly staff. I did try to order via the app but the app was not accurate as it said the ham and cheese toasty was out of stock but when I went to the fridge I was able to find the last one.

   Severed by a very rude staff member (Susan) who made us feel as we were inconveniencing her to make our coffees this morning, then this afternoon we came back here after crazy golf upstairs and we had friends joining us so we moved a few chairs about and a table so all 8 of us could fit, again Susan came over and said so we need all these chairs (with a miserable face) so we said yea as we have people joining so In a snarty comment as she walked off she said well give me a shout when you leave so “I” can put them back, it was the way she said it that we knew she was making it a snarty comment.

   Visited today, only had grande cups. Ordered two hot chocolate’s, warm when served but cooled quite quickly. Spend around £8 for that price can’t fault it. Just a standard Starbucks

   Come in here quite s lot and what I'm about to say is a repeating problem otherwise I'd not say it. Every time I come in here when I'm being served the customer service is just plain bad. The servers come across as aggressive a lot of the time and obviously don't have the time of day for anyone. For such a huge company you think there would be a bigger push of customer service since its the reputation of the business after all. Extra note, it's not that all the servers are bad there's this one lad who's extremely nice and extremely helpful.
