   It was a Costa, so nothing unusual. Extremely busy, largely because people were out Christmas shopping. Difficult to get a seat, though we did, and that was nobody's fault; it was simply the crowds. Young chap with service from behind the counter was very nice and efficient.

   All fine. A typical Costa. Friendly staff, clean and tidy but it is a rip off for a coffee. Best to stick to local coffee shops id say.

   Very friendly staff make a good first impression. Excellent cappuccino, best in a while in a Costa. Queue area well screened from the seating area, feels more airy than similar sized Costa's. Tables cleared frequently as well and generally very clean.

   Great customer service, amazing coffee, I would definitely reccomend the vanilla latte, it was delicious! A very nice and relaxed atmosphere, overall great place to go to meet up with friends, for lunch, to study etc.
