I come here all the time. Staff are lovely and food is as you would expect for a Costa. Loads of free parking.
We visited this Costa when we went to browse DFS. The first thing you notice is that it has a very big car park area. The shop looks nice and clean. They were pretty much busy, there were mostly families. We tried tuna melt baguette. It was super delicious. Latte is always good. My friend tried iced peach tea and didn't like it. The staff was very nice, especially Amy, and they changed it to regular tea.
THIS COSTA MAKES THE BEST COFFEES!!!! I am a regular Costa Customer and have tried almost all of the Costas in the area and I would say every-time I go to this branch the coffee is always perfect with the right amount of flavour, froth of milk and it is always nice and hot how I like it. The customer service is amazing as all the staff members always have a lovely smile on their face at the window and I must say it is very refreshing and uplifting to start your day with such bubbly and cheery service.
Quick, efficient drive through, we have never eaten in here but often stop on the way back through Edinburgh. Would. Recommend for the drive through. Not a massive fan of lunches in Costa on general, hence the 3 stars for food.
Tried new Frappe range Tropical Mango and bubble frappe was excellent at the Costa. I was wondering about having bubbles through straw but works very well. Staff was friendly, she was greeting and polite, Place was beat and clean. Overall experience at Costa was excellent.
So it’s a Costa so you know what you’ll get. It’s not just a drive thru there is a nice seated area as well. Staff are very friendly and service is fast. Great pictures on the flat whites! Nice outside area if the weather is good.
