   Came in to buy a sandwich at 5pm on a Sunday. There was only one person working. Was told there was only takeaway available. Seemed a bit odd, as Caffe Nero prides itself on hot sandwiches vs a cold take away. Assuming a rare occurrence on a weekend. Otherwise the atmosphere of the place was ok.

   On a Monday afternoon this was the perfect place for an airport coffee. I enjoyed a gingerbread latte, perfectly made including mini ginger biscuit people on top, a ham and cheese panini,and a pistachio croissant and everything was great. The highlight was the great service from Luke. Very friendly and went the extra mile to double check there cherry choux's weren't quite ready yet, just in case. Thanks Caffè Nero

   They only serve hot drinks in paper cups. I nearly burned my hand even with the paper sleeve. So much for those solid-looking mugs on the pictures to this place. I also tried five different charging outlets, and not a single one worked. Feels like a clever trick to draw in guests without actually delivering. The staff got my order wrong and looked completely exhausted. I’d recommend skipping this place and grabbing your coffee elsewhere.

   I had a fantastic experience at the Caffè Nero after security in Edinburgh Airport. The lady working there was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a real difference during a travel day. I ordered a mocha frappe, and honestly, it was the best I’ve had in a long time, perfectly balanced and refreshing. Great service, great coffee!

   Caramel latte was not good; very bland. Not taste whatsoever. Cinnamon swirl freshly baked. Delicious! Dining area was dirty with left over cups and other items not thrown properly to the bin. Staff should check the dining area every now and then to make sure that new customers can sit comfortably. Friendly staff.

   Very nice cosy place. At the departure floor (1st floor) there is free wifi at the airport. You can sit and have your coffee here while watching the flight board. Coffee was tasty and not overpriced. I highly recommend this place. Get a stamp for your coffee card and the tenth hot drink will be free
