   A was looking forward to a nice coffee after a long trip, the lady that was taking orders doesn’t seem to know the words ‘please’ or ‘thank you’ and no eye contact, took payment and then just walked off without a word. I sat in the Costa seating area to relax, at 19:25 a very grumpy Costa employee came around telling us all that the seating area closes at 20:00 (over half an hour away) and then started putting the chairs on the tables, so I guess it closes at 19:25 and not at 20:00. Disappointing as Costa staff are normally a happy bunch but not here.

   Costa coffee and food, served to usual standard but cleanliness of seats - specifically fabric ones with crumbs etc... - left a lot to be desired. Tables and wooden chairs clean though.

   Rude staff. Rubbish food. Grossly overpriced. Often cash only as till is broken. Probably the worst Costa in the UK.

   It didn't get 5 stars for atmosphere because of the rude barista. They judged my drink order, couldn't understand two simple drink orders when speaking to her colleagues, rude to her colleagues, and didn't get the order right. The person at the till was very pleasant and seem very good at his job. They are only reason why it isn't a 1 star review.

   Terrible customer service, rude staff. The person who took our order was very friendly and helpful but the person who made the drinks passed judgemental comments and messed up the order and gave us the wrong drinks.

   Staff are more busy talking to each other than taking care of customers... Also the fruit for sale is almost rotten and should've been removed ages ago. Cappuccino was boiled and was thrown ut... just utter rubbish establishment...

   Great place to kill some time before your flight. They offer a vegan hot chocolate with soy, coconut or almond milk and a great vegan cookie with filling. Comfy lounge chairs with USB and AC power outlets near by.
