Was staying at the Travelodge next door so popped in for a takeaway breakfast before hitting the road. My coffee and cheese toastie were good but I'm thinking it was too expensive. For perspective, I was a staying at a Premier Inn the night before. Had a full eat as much as you want cooked breakfast, plus unlimited equivalent coffee for the same price!

Got 2 ice coffees to sit in, place was quiet and 3 staff behind the counter however most tables had empty cups on them and all needed a good wipe down, floors were dirty and very messy. Staff who served never even smiled once and looked like they could not be bothered, it’s not cheap coffee and you could end up with a fair bit passing trade so a bit effort in cleaning also a smile goes a long way.

Lovely Coffee place just beside the Travelodge Dreghorn. Starbucks it’s always a great place for a coffee or for a quick snack… This time I had the pleasure to try a delicious type of Chai Latte, Normally I always have the normal one but this time they offer me the Iced Chai latte and was Fabulous… Thank you Dreghorn team to introduce me this delicious drink I had as well the ham and cheese sandwich toasted and was really good The cinnamon roll was little bit dry but was ok

The weather was not good but needed to use the facilities . Toilets were maintained to very low standard , Starbucks looked badly maintained, slightly shabby looking and not very busy ( But then who buys mediocre coffee for $10? ). Service area was yet again strewn with litter , overflowing trash cans , car parking spaces and tarmac all in need of attention

Went to this store last weekend and tbh I wasn’t expecting much an lived up to all expectations. I in no way criticise the staff, as they were so lovely and polite during my visit. It’s badly run by the franchise that is Euro Garages and much more expensive than any other store. On my visit there was a lack of food available, in the fridge an pastry case. Half the cafe was closed off about 4pm when they don’t close till 6pm? Toilets well they look like they could have done with a deep clean. Asked for my coffee which was lovely in a sit in mug an got it in a take away cup. Not a massive deal but not everyone wants to be drinking out paper cups. I think the franchisee should take a hard look at the credit the staff are at this shop, but also give way more support to them instead of thinking about money…. Safe to say I wouldn’t dream of going back. Was fairly busy nice environment.

Could the staff smile and be pleasant please? It's not that difficult! Also please don't interrupt people when they are placing their order. You can wait until they've placed their order before finding out whether they are sitting in or taking away. I find it really irritating when I'm interrupted while placing my order.

It used to be good but last couple weeks its went down hill Don't ask me why but hubby decided to go here instead of the gyle Hubby made an order and the five people that got served after him got their drinks first,he arrived home with what was meant to be a capo but I got someone else's almond drink. Thankfully I don't have any nut issues.

Visited today to pick up a too good to go bag. The staff were very friendly and happy to help , when i collected my bag it wasnt ready so the staff member made it up there and then. Was in and out in a matter of minutes.

Tucked away down a cup-de-sac behind a petrol station made it look like a nice quiet place for a peaceful coffee. But that’s as far as the good points go. On entry, half the tables still had previous customers cups on or hadn’t been cleaned. The service point was piled high with dirty crockery, napkin box empty and had to ask for knife and stirrer. Also no toilet roll in toilets and soap dispenser empty. Then, sandwich came that had been warned up in its wrapper causing bread to go tough with an odd taste!!

This is my local coffee shop and I have to say it’s the best! The staff are very friendly, I’ve met Jon, Alecia & Rea. They are always working so hard and always seem to be on duty. The staff here deserve the recognition! You guys do an amazing job!
