Very pleasant and comfortable smallish cafe in Abbeyhill area. Server from Ethiopia was very friendly and polite and had a very nice smile. I enjoyed the Apple cake which was a large slice and will easily keep you going till lunch time : ) Definitely recommend this cafe.

Come to Cherrys Cafe, this is where the heat is. Audibly gasped with joy at my cappuchino. We got the french toast and Turkish brunch bagel. yumma. Make sure to get some cash out at the ATM nearby in case the cash machine wants you to stay longer. :))
Super lovely cafe, would definitely recommend you going! It’s relatively cheap and the food is absolutely delicious. The staff there are so lovely and attentive. We both got the Turkish breakfast. The bread was so soft and warm. Amazing tasting food and the hot drinks were delectable. Honestly among the best I’ve had in Edinburgh
This is a lovely cafe. The people are friendly and you can be assured of good wholesome food. It is a very pleasant peaceful place to chat with friends and enjoy breakfast or lunch and a cup of coffee etc. They also ask on the menu to make them aware of any food allergies. Thoroughly recommended.
Lovely wee find on a trip to Edinburgh, directed to by a local and so pleased we found it, all party were happy with their choice of breakfast, guy is a one man show and boy does he put in a shift and keeps smiling! Reasonable for the capital and food delicious!
A lovely wee cafe. We got 4 x breakfasts and everyone really enjoyed what they ordered. They do a Turkish breakfast which I'll definitely be trying next time. My cooked breakfast was great though so no regrets. Really friendly staff who serve you, check in to see if you want anything else, but don't pester or rush you which I really appreciate. Will definitely be going back in the future.
oh my.. I just wanted a coffee, but this cake wanted me to buy it. it's called Shamali and it's basically 40% semolina, 40% syrup and 20% heaven. don't bother trying to find it. I'm buying it all! coffee was really good as well, so I shall come back and try more of the foods.. I LOVE this place!
Really good authentic Turkish breakfast and you get options of traditional Scottish and the All Day Breakfast. Also they offer traditional Turkish coffee. They also have vegetarian breakfast options, highly recommended. Really friendly staff and very cosy cafe just on London Road.
