   I am not the one to leave a bad review but this takes the cake. Ordered 3 drinks, 1 cheese and ham toastie, 1 bagel, 1 slice of cake, 1 breakfast toastie all came to £34. Next, we receive our delivery, 3 drinks - perfect, cake - perfect, cheese and ham toastie - cold and solid, no bagel, no breakfast toastie, and a 'lovely' 'thoughful' note from them, stating "so sorry to be missing some items". That's it. No refund, no substitutes, no phone call, just £34 they happily received without an ounce of consideration. I'm genuinely pissed off.

   How I have a feeling that the staff is kind of forced to work here ! Each time I visit this place, I am always disappointed with how the staff behaves, absolutely pathetic... I don't even know if they have ever managed a smile in life, or if it's just working at Costa that makes them put a shallow face. Not that I expect them to lay a red carpet for me, but a response to a morning wish should be enough. Sorry , but not welcoming at all ! Food wise, like all others Costa, quite decent and the place is relatively quiet and helps me get some peaceful work for a few hours.

   We regularly visit this coffee shop with (and without) our young children over all the other many options in the area because of the team. Particularly manager Andres and one other gentleman who is often there (don’t know the name sorry). Always a warm welcome and they are very attentive and friendly, thank you so much

   Food and coffee is absolutely fine. However, please add WI-FI so that we can use our mobile phones. If reception is poor generally, then fit a booster signal/system and see how that can be improved. Always strive for near perfection.

   " Our warmest ever Christmas" says the Costa app everytime I open it. Really? You've got the air conditioning on cold in December and it's just been snowing outside! It's like you're trolling us because it's always cold in here, but especially with this cold weather and people struggling to keep warm at home, turn the heat on for goodness sake.

   *WORST Costa experience in the UK.* All staff look as though they’re not focused on their work. They were chit-chatting with each other while they should have been responding to us. Although I didn’t complain about these things they gave me a totally wrong drink that I didn’t ask for at all! In addition, there are only two sockets that we could find to connect our laptops to and the wifi connection is atrocious - we couldn’t connect for 30 minutes.
