If i could give 0 starts i would .Absolutely terrible! gave us burnt chips, small portions for expensive prices, dry fish and burnt meals! charged us £300 and only took £50 off when complained which was hardly anything. No one in a party of over 17 people finished their meal do not recommend here.

Clean, lovely decorated, pub with good menu, scampi delicious, though chips a little dry. Good drinks selection. Great outdoor coffee and bagel area, parking across the road. 2pm reservation but place was empty and quite cold, polite staff.

I took my kids and mum for dinner in the green on 2/10/21 from the moment we walked in the attitude of who turned out to be waiter (young guy with his hair tied up) was terrible, not friendly at all. We checked in at 17.18 we ordered food shortly after. At 18.20 our food had still not arrived, we asked our waiter if he could check what was going on and it had been a hour. His reply, ‘you haven’t been here a hour and you didn’t order first time I asked’ Might I add 2 other tables that arrived after us had, had starters and mains. Within the hour we were waiting no one asked us if we wanted more drinks or anything despite walking past our table several times. Anyway after asking where our food was our waiter now nice as could be told us our order had not been sent to the kitchen, then we were asked if we needed any drinks and the kids (2 and 5 years old) were giving the colouring in crayons and paper, again kids at other tables were given them as they sat down. Terrible overall experience other than the food when It finally arrived was good.

My daughter hired out the upstairs room for our Grandson first birthday. Catering more than adequate tasty pizzas cooked on site and plenty of proper chips. Catering staff very friendly and approachable. Well done!!

The best fish n chips I've ever had. Great batter, fish was cooked to perfection, the chips were freshly made and the service was good. Highly recommend to anybody in Haddington!

Stopped by for a cheeky wee Friday gin.... Really well mixed and presented.... Also indulged in the cocktail menu, awesome. Had some sharing side orders, which were tasty and hot.... Will return to sample the lunch menu. Bar staff were cheerful and really motivated.
