Lucy helped me out with gait analysis. She patiently listened to my running experience and helped me pick out about 5-6 shoe brands to try on the treadmill. Whole process took about 40 mins and I left with some Hokas and recommendations for models to try in future. Really pleased with my experience.

Run4It is an excellent store for runners of all levels. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about helping you find the right gear. They take the time to do proper gait analysis and recommend shoes that perfectly match your running style and needs. The store is well-organized, with a great selection of shoes, clothing, and accessories from top brands. Prices are fair for the quality and service you get. Whether you’re a beginner or a marathon runner, this is the place to go in Glasgow - highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing service from Morag in the Dundee shop. Spent some time going through various options until we found the perfect pair of trail shoes. Until recently I ran predominantly in Saucony Peregrines but they changed the shape slightly this year leading to blisters. Absolutely love the Altras, plenty of room in the toe box and really comfortable to run in. So good in fact I bought another pair of Altras, Olympus 5’s, to compliment them

Can't recommend enough- Gareth was so kind and patient with me, I really felt like he had my best interests at heart and wasn't just trying to push a sale on me. He explained all my options and talked me through my gait analysis so well. In the end I bought a pair of Saucony guide 18s which I'm really happy with, most items were a bit above my price range as I'm just starting out but Gareth tried his best to get me a sale item without compromising on quality. I've been to other running shops in the past and this was definitely the best service I've ever had. Will definitely be returning when I need new ones again

Got my race day shoes from them and I must say that their customer service was excellent. The girl that assisted (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) was so nice, she listened to me and didn’t just sell me the most expensive shoes they have. If I were to buy another shoes, I wouldn’t even think twice to go back to them. I really wanted the adidas adios pro 4 but too unstable for my liking so I got the Saucony Endorphin pro 4, this one suits my running style and more stable (I love the colourway too)

Excellent customer service! We were two Aussies looking for a new pair of running shoes and some winter running gear. Scott was enormously helpful with finding the right fit for my problematic feet…The running assessment on the treadmill was really cool too. Must go here if you are looking for somewhere with knowledgeable staff and friendly service.

Good customer service, but hoka trainers I purchased are terrible, had to put £15 insoles in them still rubbish, I run 15-20miles a week,so body is used to running, purchased pegasis trainers at another shop and they were slightly better.reckon expensive running trainers are overated.

I went to buy shoes and the staff are generally good but the company sadly has a ridiculous policy of not refunding sale items. I bought running shoes and I didn’t even know they were on sale. I also was not told I couldn’t return them. I would never have bought them had I known. I returned them within 4 working days, unused other than an hour inside at home when I learned the fit wasn’t good. So now I have a gift card. I came to the store for a better experience than online shopping. I won’t be coming back after I use this gift card for something.

It's a little away from the main shopping area but worth a visit. A small store but the staff were helpful and well informed. There was a changing room and a good selection of quality running gear.

Girl tried to be helpful , but my gait was definitely wrong . My running shoes are to tight going across the top òf my foot all she advised me was to walk around the house we wearing them and they are definitely still cutting in at the top !!!
