   Do not deal with this business, order arrived with missing parts, called multiple times (no one ever answers or calls you back), emailed and also left a contact request on their website. 3 weeks later, still no contact. Very disappointing, especially when spending so much money on items that are supposedly ‘high quality’

   *Misleading Sales and Poor Communication* I placed an order during Black Friday because the item was listed as “In Stock” on their website. A few days after my purchase, they changed the product status to “Pre-order” without notifying me. After waiting over 14 business days with no updates, I contacted customer service, only to be told that the item is on pre-order and won’t arrive until early January due to their holiday break. At no point was I informed of this delay or given any options. This is extremely misleading and unprofessional. If the item was not in stock at the time of purchase, it should not have been listed as such. Changing the status afterward without notifying customers is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service. Transparency and communication are basic expectations, and this company has failed on both fronts.

   Outstanding quality products only downside supplied with very poor quality bolts. In the Event of a accident could be very fatal. These kits are not cheap so don't cheap out on parts. I don't understand they give you a decent bolt which is used for soft, medium and hard settings which the bolt would be put under stress. ( Hexagon bolt head) And cheap out on the main bolt that goes through the rear shock absorbers on the rear suspension and when cornering will stops the car from body roll. ( Allen key head) I have given advice to them on this default whether they decide to listen and replace it up to them. There is no difference in price for these bolts but the hexagon heads torque way better than Allen key heads which are prone to break. Very lucky garage replaced bolts with better quality ones. PLEASE Remember your safety is a priority first before anything. Please find proof of picture attached poor quality bolt and garage replaced bolt.    Absolutely excellent customer service - I was eyeing up a rear anti-roll bar for my e46 and finally pulled the trigger, a few days later they had 20% off sitewide so I dropped them a message and they refunded me the difference! Fitted the ARB with no real issues and I'm very happy :)

   KLC182 - Droplinks failed in 8 Months it pulled the threads out from the anodized center Aluminium piece. you guys makes some awful droplinks for a antiroll/suspension company. Purchased some Perrin ones
