Staff could not have been more helpful. Phoned beforehand about a product and they kept behind the counter for my arrival.

Very impressed today. Went in wearing my shoes which I bought in November. Sadly they had began to burst. I only enquired if I could do anything about it. I walked out with a brand new replacement pair. It's a long time since I've received such good customer service. Big thanks to the lady who helped me.
