   Been in 2 times today, asked for help with laptops and nobody came near me for 20 minutes, left went back to training and when finished went back in, walked about the laptops again, and still nobody came near me. A compleat wast of time and effort, its as if the staff are not interested.

   Typical Curry’s cheek here, serves me right for buying from them I ought to have known better. Bought a coffee machine on 13 September which had stopped working and they insisted on sending it for repair. So I have no coffee machine and they have £150. Oh and there were lots of staff standing around doing not very much while we waited, then Allan at customer ‘service’ told me to get a kettle while I have no coffee machine for 2 weeks! Downright rude and nasty man. I will only cross their threshold again to pick up said coffee machine or get my money back. Edit on 5 Nov: Alan just called me to tell me it was ready to collect and he was cheeky to me again. He is a deeply unpleasant individual who should be nowhere near customers. Especially women as he is aggressive.

   I have been a customer of Currys for many years. After an absolute nightmare with the care and repair centre I eventually got a voucher to replace my TV. Was served by Ainsley in the Birkenshaw store when I went to choose a replacement. I can't praise her enough for her help, knowledge and understanding. She is an asset to Currys without a doubt and I left the store with my faith restored in Currys (and a new TV.)

   This is my experience of any Curry's outlet that I've visited. You go in, and someone may ask you if you need help. I say not right now, but I'll give you a shout if I do. Then, when I need help I can't get any. Just the other day when we eventually got assistance the staff member went to check the stock level of the item I wanted and he never returned. I've stood in the queue to say for an item and when I got to the till I was told that id have to pay for it at another till. I then went to the other till as directed and no one was working there. I then had to go through the process if finding a staff member who can find another staff member that can work on that till. I only go to Curry's if I have to these days, it's a last resort. The only reason I gave it two start is that some of the staff are very nice and do try their best.

   We went in the other day and the sales assistant named Declan was extremely helpful and was very patient with my gran who was in with me at the time , looking for a TV . He was very informative and provided a excellent service .

   Bought a tv in the uddingston store, locked around at various models for quality and value, Ben a store salesman explain the differences between each models and played a stick to show the difference in quality in each. No pressure sales. He was very good at explaining the tech sides of the models.

   Told by online chat product was available in store. So paid to collect next day. It wasn't in store. Got an email saying it would be available on Saturday. So went to collect and it wasn't there. It was still in transit. Staff member was very rude when I explained everything. Directed me to a phone number er which I called and they said its on transit, can't do anything. So STILL don't have the item. If I'd known it would take so long I would have just git drli ered to my address. Now I have to GO AGAIN to the store. Terrible service. Rude staff. Misinformation from online.

   After spending days and petrol trying to find Steam Gift cards, I got them today.The sales assistant was very helpful, realising that I was not likely buying them for myself but for a young relative. Great service.
