   Great customer service and a superb engineer came out to mend my 20 year old Miele washing machine. As suspected beyond repair however, a replacement model was delivered, installed and old one removed next day, all for a very competitive price - Thanks!

   Rude staff asked a valid question and was told I dident know how to do laundry then the guy just turned his back to me what a way to deal with customers . Would not recommend

   Rude aggressive staff, passed on the complaint to Miele. You really need to have basic conflict resolution skills especially when the customer has a valid issue. If you “feel” like a customer is going to be aggressive, then wait for it and deal with it at that point, instead of preempting the non existent aggression and escalating to the point of no return.

   Appointed by Miele. Sent the first engineer without parts. Day 1 roll on a month Sent the second engineer without training. After staring at the machine and 'phoning for guidance - I then suggested perhaps someone else might be more experienced and more comfortable with the job. They take the machine away. Few weeks later. They 'phone to book to bring the machine back. Arrange to be at home that morning. @11:00 I go to the loo. At this point they ring. Having not been able to answer the 'phone, they then cancel my delivery. I am not pleased, contact the company whose manager is not available, maybe she too was on the loo. However that is allowed. Stonewalled about how to solve this problem. No one else is available - they are all on the loo. I call several times. They stonewall further. Contact Meile to complain. Am told by the Office manager - that they will not apologise - it was all my fault they cancelled the delivery. She wants "to hear no more about it." Hangs up. No problem solving skills, no ability to hear how annoying it is to have delivery cancelled. No ability to listen to a complaint. Still waiting for my machine, apology and instructions as to whom I invoice for having wasted my time.
