   Outstanding customer experience from Gideon Robinson I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy my next kitchen. From the minute we entered the Haggs Road showroom and spoke to Martyn it was exciting to view the kitchens on display and discuss our initial new kitchen ideas. After a couple more visits to the showroom we knew Gideon Robinson was our first choice and after further discussions with Martyn he was able to design and deliver our dream kitchen including a stunning quartzite worktop and orange glass splashback, even designing bespoke cupboards to cover a coomb we wanted to hide. Pamela kept in touch regularly to advise of the next stage with dates that suited us and both Martyn and Pamela were always available to answer any questions we had and offer support and guidance throughout the whole installation. Allan and Stuart who predominantly fitted our new kitchen were professional, polite, friendly and a pleasure to have in our home. During the installation of our kitchen Allan was promoted to project manager which he truly deserves. The whole Gideon Robinson team who worked together to make our dream kitchen happen dealt with any issues or challenges swiftly and expertly meaning it was stress free for us. Gideon Robinson as a company and their employees have all surpassed our expectations and are committed to customer service and satisfaction.    Gideon Robinson is a company we would highly recommend for not only providing a great quality kitchen but also a great customer experience from the moment we entered the showroom to the completion of the kitchen. They all kept us regularly informed at every stage and Allan Brown, (Kitchen Fitter), talked us through the small snags which he dealt with until the kitchen was complete to the standard we all wanted.    We visited a number of kitchen companies from Bespoke suppliers to the usual big names and decided on Gideon Robinson and so glad we did. From our initial meeting with designer Martyn who took our architect’s plans and created the perfect kitchen & utility room for us. Unfortunately the building work on our house took longer than expected and we had to push back the kitchen installation from our original date. Gideon and the team worked hard to make sure that the kitchen was installed shortly after which was really appreciated by us. Allan and Stuart, the kitchen installers were fantastic. Great workers and tidied up each day. Martyn kept up the communication throughout our project and even arranged for our glass splash backs to be painted the same colour as our kitchen/utility walls. We absolutely love our new kitchen and utility as it’s exactly what we wanted. Thank you Gideon and the team which made this happen. Would certainly recommend them.

   What can I say? GR8 Worth every star! This is the third project I have had with Gideon and the team. And not disappointed. The challenge was give me a room with more space. Alan came up with the solution. A media wall to house music, books a TV and much more. Then he advised on lighting and colour ways to make the room unique whilst being sympathetic to the history of my home. The fit was trouble free too and I’m over the moon with my project. So whether it’s a study, media wall, kitchen or something else you have in mind. Go to Gideon and his team and forget the rest.

   The most incompetent company i have ever come across. From date of first delivery it took 3 months to get a working kitchen, but that's what happens when they've got your money. worktops wrong colour, then the wrong size, missing back panels, grain running opposite direction on joining panels etc etc etc plus i got 2 dishwashers.......... wrong warming drawer, i could go on and on. fitters were reasonable

   Had kitchen designed and fitted. A terrible experience . Kitchen badly fitted by one of their fitters ; still problems and not yet fixed. Fitted washing machine moves out and they have told us this is normal? Didn't look like this when they showed us pictures of the design. Would not recommend this company - customer service was extremely poor . Very disappointed after spending a lot of money
