Bought a game from this store from their site. Decided didn't need and they emailed me saying refund done. No notification and their phone line keeps dropping everytime call. Terrible service!
Purchased an item online in good faith, heard nothing. Had to ring the store to be told they didn't have it in stock. Item is in fact still for sale online but now 100% more expensive. Poor business model for the customer, bad after sales communication, not the first time this has happened. Lesson learned.
Save yourself the journey and go to cex if you have tech they offer you like 25% of what it's worth. And you'll be waiting ages to get served. There's three people behind the counter but they only serve one person at a time?
It's good to get second hand electric goods from phones to TV to game consoles and games to play on them that's what I got a game for a console there a lot cheaper than getting them brand new.
Very Rude staff, not helping at all. Refuse at 4:47pm to do business , that till are close . While shop closing time is 5pm . I came all the way in very bad traffic and I mention them but still did not do their job . Better go to Shawland for same kind of shop and much better .
Be very wary when buying things online from these guys. They describe things as being good condition and then send you scratched discs. Very poor service.
