Had a problem with my power button, went in got advice on where to get a new one and how to put it in as it's an old phone so the parts aren't readily available and was out in 3mins. The guy was really sound and helpful, will 100% comeback in the future!
The team diagnosed and fixed my Wife's water damaged phone. They advised on the best way to fix it and helped avoid a more expensive repair. Will definitely be using them again!
Really unhelpful place. Despite saying on their website and shopfront that they repair consoles they appear not interested at all. Asked them to look at my son’s Xbox which seemed to be overheating (from reading online) I was told by the girl at the desk that overheating Xbox’s can’t be repaired. When I suggested that when looking online it was common fault often sorted by internal cleaning and replacement of thermal paste she changed her story to be “well we can’t repair that”. I would steer clear of this place unless you are looking to purchase a cheap and nasty phone case as looking inside the place that’s seems to be what they are set up for.
Consoles & Gadgets just fixed my iPhone that was frozen, and I am so happy they were able to do it so quickly for a good price! I would highly recommend them!
Charly worked through a series of steps to solve my problem. Since he hadn't reached the end of the process by the time I reappeared at the shop, he sent me home with my laptop to try out the final puzzle - (which worked!!!!!!) He wouldn't take any payment even though he had spent working time on my behalf: a rare concept nowadays. Delighted to recommend Consoles and Gadgets.
