I recently visited this garage to diagnose a squeaking noise coming from the front left suspension of my car. After about 30 minutes of inspection, the mechanics told me they couldn’t identify the cause of the problem. I was charged £81 for this, which I assume is the cost of one full hour of labour – even though they spent only half an hour. I am very disappointed with the service and feel that I did not receive value for money. I cannot recommend this garage based on my experience.
A workshop that cannot locate faults, suitable only for simple services. They are very busy, so they do not devote the car due time. If they do not know immediately what is wrong with the car, they do not look for the cause. They simply tell the customer that they do not know and that’s it. Don't go there if you value your time and money.
Booked my car into this garage two weeks in advance, dropped it off on the agreed morning at opening of business 8.30 and joked with them I would wait until it was fixed as it was booked well in advance and because I didn't get my car back until 6pm the last time I was a tad dubious,turned up at 5pm after the garage weren't answering the phone to find my car parked in the same spot and the only excuse given was we've got alot of work in? Surely that's the purpose of having a booking system,very poor management and customer service would not recommend, took the day off work also for this to be done and now going to have to take another day off on Monday to find a decent reputable garage
Excellent service, the garage was incredibly busy today but a big thank you to Mike who made every effort to get my suspension fixed and car through its MOT. Would highly recommend
Michael was absolutely brilliant service was great. Explained everything that i needed for car and i got my car back quickly after work were done.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Needed tyre replaced quickly to enable me to get to work in the morning. Michael was very helpful and got it all organised so I could collect on same day. Brilliant service and very competitive price. Definitely would recommend and will return for future repairs.
