   When I lived in Hamilton this was a place where I could go have a browse, I'd say this is more like an art shop where you could buy supplies but I've always found this place to be a bit on the pricy side. It's well stocked though and they covered most mediums.

   I decided to support my local high street but discovered you shut at 4pm on a Saturday - madness. I wasn’t the only customer who was disappointed. I will now order what I need from Amazon!

   Have never in my life had this experience. I was choosing a costume for my daughter by sending her pics through messenger and while I was waiting on a reply I had a look about. I also was looking for an art set for my youngest. As she is a keen aspiring artist ( at 6 years old) The shop was busy and everywhere I ventured in the shop I had an assistant follow me to watch me for some reason. No one else was treated like this and vacant parts of the shop were manned as soon as I entered while perusing their items. I've never stole in my life. I understand theft costs businesses a lot and we are all feeling the burden of the lock down. But to wrongly profile someone is demeaning and undignifying to say the least. You lost at least £100 today because of your treatment of an authentic customer.
