If you care about hygiene or basic standard professional practices, avoid. Been there twice, first time for 2 fillings. In the process of getting done the head dentist drops the dental probe, only to pick it up and was in process of using it on me until l told him he needed to at least rinse it. had to make a 2nd visit, as one of the fillings fell out and other loose, under just 2 months later. Yet got charged for it again. Know other people who have had work done and their situations worse. you been warned, find any other dentist, can't b worse than Parkside.
Dr Sinha is the dentist you must avoid. claims to be professional. arrogant and advice you deceivingly. Glad a moved to another dentist. New dentist's shocked I was told NHS would not crown my molars. Fillings and 4 veneers done by him fell out after months :( do not go if you care for your teeth. they likely know which patient l am, but wouldn't surprise me if there are other unfortunate patients who didn't consider warning others

They have a huge sign outside permanently saying they are taking on new NHS patients, when I called the person who answered just said hello. He never said I was through to the right number,so I had to ask, then I asked about becoming a new patient, he rudely said no only private, I then went on to say that the sign outside has in huge letters new NHS patients welcome, and that they should update the sign. He simply hung up on me before I could even finish what I was saying, it looks dirty from the outside and whoever answered wasn't at all professional, I'm glad there are no spaces and I'd urge private patients to go elsewhere
Dentist Arindam Sinha is amazing and very talented as he removed my wisdom tooth which roots where obstructed within my jaw . This procedure would usually have to be undertaken at the dental hospital due the severity of the task however Arindam undertook the task with no difficulty and was very reassuring. This made it more convenient for me as my issue could be resolved quickly. Overall the staff where very friendly and helpful and now my mouth now feels a lot better
I had been looking for an NHS dentist around Edinburgh ever since lockdown was lifted and I was always given the same "We are not accepting NHS patients now". Here, they were more than happy to see me and immediately booked an appointment the next day. The staff are professional and very friendly and they will go the extra mile to help you find the best treatments at the best prices. Overall a nice trip to the dentist (How often do you hear that?)
