Only problem is people using it as an office space with laptops doing work one adult with laptop taking up 4 seats,3 people talking up 12 seats in total, starting to look like an office instead of a coffee shop

Great welcome, thank you. Good choice of drinks and food - great to see a Gluten free toasties option at long last! Easy to park, convenient for other retail outlets.

Almost 15 min wait at a drive thru 'off peak' (9.30am) is the longest I've waited at any drive thru for a coffee. For reference the Darnley one is pretty quick, they were always reliably open during Covid (outside lockdown) & seem to have their drive thru & sit-in ops fairly slick. The waiting times here must be normal as no-one acknowledged the wait time or the silence at the order point for several minutes. Also sceeen not working so you just have to trust the order has been taken correctly. The toastie had crispy black charcoal chunks on it so grill not been cleaned properly from other food? Would it have been quicker parking up and going in? Who knows I was in a queue of at least 10 cars by then.. Avoid unless you have time and fuel to spare!

We went at night when it was quiet so we’re served quickly and had no problems getting a table. I know there can be a bit of a wait during busier times. The music was really loud so we struggled to have a conversation and when it came to closing time the employee was really abrupt in telling us they were shut.

Great coffee stop daily at the end of a long day at work! Excited that the new Christmas range is in...Toblerone Latte is amazing!!

Layout as usually. To get your table clean you need to ask. But staff helpful and pleasant. Nice coffee and cakes

This place was a huge disappointment. Upon entry to the Coatbridge establishment, we were met with unpleasant conditions. The floors were festering in week-old crumbs and all empty tables were occupied with piles of trays and rubbish AND everything was sticky... The atmosphere in this establishment was absolutely ghastly. The food was overpriced and poor quality. We couldn't even get a bowl for our soup! rendering us to consuming soup out of a hot, melting plastic tub AND don't get me started on the chai lattes (just warm milk)! Maybe it was just a bad day... but I don't think I could bare to return.
