Had to stop going to this particular Costa because staff do not know how to make an extra hot coffee and I now go to other Costas where staff can make the kind of coffee I like.
This is a regular stop for me when out walking. Coffee is consistently good and staff are very pleasant. Can get busy but that just shows how popular it is. Quite often see the same customers over and over.
Been in twice this week and on both days had the spiced apple tea, and on both days told no cinnamon. Could they not just nip into the Morrisons next door and get some, or would this reduce their tax evaded profits?

Prices have gone up so much recently at Costa it's shocking. This is still a really nice spot tho and the staff are usually helpful, friendly and efficient.
Popped into costa Friday 27/5/22 .I specifically ordered a chai latte and after arriving in the gym…tasted the chai latte,it turned out to be a latte!! Absolutely a joke in this costa,staff member who made drink obviously not concentrating on job,very poor service
