It is contained within a large Tesco store but the service was good and staff were very friendly. Worth a visit if you fancy a coffee while out shopping.
They expected me to stand and watch a TV based menu rotate round several pages before I could begin to order. Err... no I walked off and got a meal deal from Tesco instead. Heard of a paper base menus displayed at the serving hatch Costa? Do you really need to pump carbon in the air using these multiple electronic devices? Surely your menu doesn't change prices in real-time due the world price of coffee and grain? Oh... Bring a telescope if you intend to view the menu yourself sometime.
Costa milngavie, staff are fantastic. Special mention for staff member Tracy. Her patience and kindness towards elderly customers was a pleasure to witness
Coffee shop in the grocery store, so not the cosiest per se. Very large coffee’s!
We ordered an extra hot latte, an Americano and hot milk and chose a tuna and cheese panini. The very young guy who was making the drinks did not have a clue.The first latte served in a glass only had coffee halfway up then the rest was foam so we pointed this out.He threw this away and made another which still had too much foam we which we accepted as everything else had been lying ready. The panini was barely cooked and was soggy.The Americano was fine but small for the the price. The bill was £11.10 and not worth it. We felt the young guy looked as though he was hating every minute of his job and he needed help and training.No excuse for the soggy panini. We will not come in here again which is a shame as it is withing our local Tesco.

GREAT RETREAT FROM SHOPPING! This is a fairly spacious Costa unit within Tesco, Milngavie. Good food and great coffee as standard including the world's best caramel shortcake. What makes this a Go-To for me is the staff here. They are SO hard working, serving fairly constant customer demand throughout their day. Moreover, they are really super-efficient and always friendly. Costa you can be proud of your reps in this branch!
The staff are so friendly and hardworking. The coffee is the best I’ve ever tasted. I go there every day for a cappuccino
Tables are always dirty. Cant seem to be able to even heat food properly .would think twice about using this place again .
