As you walk in the door you are greeted by a happy atmosphere. The staff are both professional and friendly. They take great pride and look after all their patrons needs. The food is excellent especially the red velvet cake and the variety of muffins. The recent change of the breakfast menu have further enhanced the reputation of excellent food at reasonable prices . Overall excellent service, food, drink and professional service.

I had a lovely experience at Muffin Break! The place was very clean and the staff were welcoming. I ordered the cauliflower cheese and caramelised onion Yorkshire wrap, and it was absolutely amazing full of flavour and perfectly cooked. My daughter had a bagel which was also delicious and served hot. They offer such a wide variety of snacks and desserts, so there’s something for everyone. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it!

Myself & my wife & son tried here for Some breakfast while visiting East Kilbride Cafe looks good staff were very nice. The breakfasts we had were £9.50 and the worst breakfast I have ever had just nothing good about it. The juice is £3.16 a bottle which is far too much. Muffin break stick to coffee and cakes. Your breakfasts are rubbish and over priced. £38 for 3 breakfasts and 3 bottles of coke rip off Tasted like food that was kept warm or been cooked in microwave

Genuinely some of the best muffins I’ve had from a place in a long time, we had the apple and cinnamon and blueberry muffin which were tasty, moist and felt of high quality. We also had two coffees which again tasted of good quality, staff were very kind and friendly and interior was clean. My only criticism is it was quite expensive.

Muffin Break was always lovely when upstairs but since the relocation, they've upped their game yet again! A larger unit, more space, plenty of seating, bright lighting compared to the past business, a vast majority of cakes and muffins, as well as a wide range of hot food, including full breakfasts on the menu! Plenty of staff, all friendly and approachable. Excellent customer service as always. Can't credit this place enough, thoroughly recommended. A caramel latte muffin and large takeaway mocha displayed in the photo. A hidden gem to East Kilbride town centre, part of the future renovation. Will be back in the very near future. Thank you. 5 *****

5 staff behind counter. 2 people waiting to be served. Customers were completely ignored while staff stacked cups and fiddled with shelf items. Quality of customer service 0. I walked away and won't be returning to this shop. East Kilbride shopping centre. 1 star to allow me to post this comment.

Visited with a friend on Thursday 3rd of Nov and the lunch time rush had passed. No queue and still enough tables to sit at. The girl on till I think was fairly new so no chat as she was focused on getting things right and she did... The coffees and blueberry/toffee muffins were lovely and the coffee hot, just how I like it... We sat near the front of the cafe so that I could people watch. Overall good food, service and value. Will be back again..
