    This particular Costa has a problem in making a hot coffee. I've been here many times and always ask for a Flat White extra hot and rarely get it. It's not enough to heat the cup, the milk needs to be hotter.

    I asked for a drink with no cream. The server didn't listen and put cream on it. He tried to push the cream on me but did remake my drink. When he remade my drink he left out the syrup. It was very unsatisfactory and not like the drink advertised.

    It's one of the worst Costa's I've been in. The staff don't have a clue. I complained about them using a free drink I was holding onto and received nothing back from them. I won't be in a hurry to go back

    Came in today with my Nan and had a great experience. The staff were all lovely and welcoming, and the young man called Aidan at the till was very polite and cheery. The coffees were perfect and it’s safe to say this costa is the best and cleanest one I’ve been to. The woman working on the machine made my Nan “the best cappuccino she’s ever had”. Will definitely be coming back!

    Absolutely amazing!! I’ve never had a better experience in a coffee shop before. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, floors were clean and tables were spotless. I would highly recommend trying out Kirkintilloch’s brand new Costa Coffee, you won’t regret it - coffee was incredible along with my overall experience in this shop.
