Just got served by a young girl with long dark curly hair ( I didn't see her name) Great customer service and the best white chocolate mocha. Really polite and great with the customers infront of me too.

No service at all. I normally order an Espresso in a bigger cup and fill with water, pay my £2.90 no problem at all at your branches in Dundee, Aberdeen, etc. But this one they would rather not do that because they need the extra .30p more desperately than my business. I'm autistic and that's what I like. It is different from Americano's... but rather argue with me over rubbish and let me leave your store without my normal wee snack and without my coffee. Nice one. I walked across the road and paid £1.59 for an excellent coffee at Mcdonald's... 5 years of supporting you down the drain through bad management, greed and wanting to show up another human being for your second of stardom.

Always a great place to stop for my cappuccino and lemon cheesecake (if they had any). I prefer the other Cafe Nero on the other side of Argyle Street further into town, but on this particular day, I was told they were closing due to short staff. I suppose the taller ones had the day off :-)

It's another Cafe Nero. I prefer their coffe to other chains. The staff were pleasant enough. As a stranger in the city I'd go again, but it would be unlikely to be a regular haunt.

I come in usually in the afternoon, and the staff here are always so mean (except for a new girl who was training, she was sweet)! I actually dread coming in because the guys working here are so rude. Fingers crossed that one day they find a job they actually like ❤️

Very nice Coffee shop. Staff were very friendly, went in with my partner an kids had a couple of lattes a toasty the Mediterranean box a Hot chocolate and a couple of gingerbread men, very reasonable priced. For me personally this is the nicest coffee out off all the “chains” of coffee shops so worth will always pick this place first. This branch had lovely decor the only downside was there was only 1 toilet.

This coffee shop is accessible for wheelchair there is a doorbell outside, which will alert a staff member then they will help you in. The staff in this shop are brilliant. I accidentally pushed the alarm in the accessible toilet, and they were there within seconds, and they couldn't do enough to help me. My partner and I had some lovely cake and cup of tea. It is a beautiful building. I highly recommend going here for lunch or just a cup of tea.
