   My experience at Costa Coffee today was very disappointing. Both men working at the till were rude—one of them had long hair (I couldn’t see their name). From the beginning, his behavior was irritating, and the way he served customers was unnecessarily loud and disruptive. It was early in the morning, and this kind of attitude ruined people’s mood for no reason. They were talking to each other in a way that felt unprofessional, almost as if they were making fun of customers. Is there any control or supervision over such behavior from staff? At the end of the day, Costa is a well-known brand that customers choose for its service and overall experience—not just as a random coffee shop. I hope this feedback is taken seriously.

   Just wanted to say how lovely the girls serving me were. Didn’t catch their names but it was around 12.30 on December 9th. So lovely and cheerful even though it was very busy. Very great coffee too! Hope their manager sees this and lets them know how good a job they’re doing!

   Went into the shop at 6.10 pm noting that the shop didn’t close until 8pm. Ordered toastie & coffee then went to get a table while waiting. Half the shop was shut off with chairs and every other table taken so I asked the server to open the closed area to allow us to sit at a table with the hot food. Server refused as the floor had been cleaned, Yes the floor had been mopped but just about dry. I understand for health and safety the server couldn’t let us walk over the wet floor but why close down half the restaurant 2 hours before closing whilst the bus station was still busy with passengers milling about? Took a refund as unable to eat hot food and hold coffee whilst standing, that too would be a safety hazard!

   Experience at Costa Coffee today. The man serving at the till was rude, not only to me but also to a customer in the queue who didn't speak great English. He decided to raise his voice at that customer. There was no 'thank you' or 'have a nice day.' We all understand that people can have an off day, but customer service should be better than this.

   Staff in this costa were SUPER RUDE! I asked about the Friday one pound items mentioned in the street sign right before entering Buchanan galleries, and not only did they look at me as I was an alien for asking about this, they said look it up in the app! Shouldn’t they know about this as “FRIDAYS ARE A BIG DEAL” as mentioned by costa? Then they said but you should order that with a coffee, to get the one pound item. Like duh? They did not even smile once. Not going back to this costa ever again

   I cannot praise the staff in this cafe highly enough. Everyone is friendly, professional and courteous. I'd especially like to mention Gabrielle and Dani who go above and beyond. The food is delicious and the coffee amazing. Would definitely recommend.

   Very busy place, was waiting in the queue for a long time but the staff was really nice! It has everything you can expect from a costa. Tried the Christmas hot chocolate version named as cream hazelnut praline and it was excellent! There were not many cakes left and the double chocolate yule log was ok but not the best cake I've had.

   Costa on the bottom level of Buchanan Galleries with all the usual Costa products and drinks, a successful chain but so eponymous. The outside seating gives it a spacious and airy feel and of course you can watch the busy world buzz by. The service was good and what you would expect. The coffee was fine tasty and refreshing.
