   RUDE dismissing staff, the boy was too busy chatting away , didn’t even bother to ask if i have a costa app , if i wanted anything else other than my hot chocolate , NOTHING ! i had to ask him myself if i could scan my app and get a slice of cake. and then the girl making the hot chocolate , i told her to put less cream and she just looked at me and rolled her eyes , i mean im paying for the coffee do i not get to decide how much cream i want. because she overfilled it with the cream when she put the lid on the coffee was all over the lid . really need to train their staff or have a manager their that keeps a check on them ! disappointed with this branch

   love visiting Costa Coffee! The staff in the morning are always so kind and welcoming — they really brighten up the start of my day. Every time I order through the app, my drink is ready right on time, perfectly made, and waiting for me. The service is always smooth, and the coffee tastes amazing. Definitely one of my favourite places to grab my morning coffee!

   As someone who regularly visits Glasgow, I must say your Costa in central station pulls me in every time. The coffee is consistently good and you would be surprised how many Costas get it wrong. Your employee Brian is stand out, friendly and memorable. His interactions with customers and his team are amazing, always smiling! Give this man some recognition please he’s an asset to your company.

   Meal deal advertised for a bap and any hot drink. It’s Sunday morning. Decisions are hard, ya na mean? Anyway we chose a bap and a hot drink but then we were told the drink wasn’t included, and the bap wasn’t included. Like, even the staff couldn’t understand why. Paid full price for both. Anyway, we got an egg mushroom and spinach bap. Wish I could attach a photo… it looks hilarious. To be clear, they mean spinach (singular).

   The people that work here are so nice, every morning I come in! I don't really care about the brand or the coffee (which is all good too) ...but the staff are the best! All service workers need to be paid more than they're currently getting!
