I can't fault this pub in anyway. It's beautiful, cozy (love the little cubby holes) clean, vegan food great, reasonably priced, dog friendly, great mix of people. It was quiet when we first got in there, they were set up for chess club, it got busy all of a sudden, but the guy behind the bar is an absolute legend, probably the most friendly hyper efficient matstery of hospitality I've ever seen, I get really anxious standing at the bar for too long, but he will always lets you know he's seen you, despite it getting busy. I really love this place.

Really reasonable prices, nice staff and atmosphere, decent food menu. Always feel welcome. Also a fair selection of board games if you're looking for a cheaper alternative to a games cafe.

Wonderful little pub. The bartender when we were there was a lovely man - sorry for the knob on the phone, you're great!

Such a good pub. Been really comfortable every time I’ve been, and the people behind the bar are always welcoming. Was too pissed to say thanks when I left last night and now I’m battling the hangover whoops Fr tho, great place n never had a bad time there. I dig it Haven’t tried the food yet so can’t comment on that I'm afraid

We have been here several times I’m always had the best time in this pub, the bar staff is always friendly, every time they remember what I like and we always have a friendly chat about life and what’s up in Bristol. This is a place where I come to relax and it’s peaceful and welcoming. Drinks are always good and whatever you prefer bar staff always provided the best options door you. Great seating are in side and outside. You do need to get 2 drinks as there is a card limit of £5, but you do not need to have both drinks straight away. The people most of the time coming here are chilled and friendly. They also have easy accessible toilets and it’s always cosy inside on the couches or you can go to smoking area as there is plenty space and one part of it also have a roof if it’s raining. Close to everything in city Center and 18 min walk from Temple Meads Station in Bristol. Highly recommend as prices are really friendly and atmosphere is very peaceful and quiet. I love this place and personally always had the best service in Old Market street.

Great vegan hotdog! Nice atmosphere with good people. You don’t have to be a Vegan or anything else to enjoy your food and drinks.

This pub used to have a great food menu but now it serves vegan dishes only. Still a great pub that welcomes a mixed crowd with friendly service. The place is always clean and presentable and I enjoy the easy chairs and sofas for relaxing.

Superb. Great decor, chill environment, real ale, half decent prices for the centre, great garden, lovely barman that served me. Fully recommend. Gay friendly, if that's even relevant. Just a great bar in the city centre.
