   Food was ok, but have had better in the past, did ask for two items to be bagged separately from rest of food due to an allergy, but this was over looked, which I wasnt too happy about despite adding comment on the online ordering page, in capital letters. I can't give full stars but would be nice if they did take note of allergies as they do themselves ask of their is any so u sure as to why the initial comment wasn't read and taken seriously enough

   I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. When I placed my order, I was told delivery would take less than 30 minutes. After waiting 35 minutes, I called to check on the order and was told it would arrive in another 10–15 minutes, though the person on the phone didn’t seem to know where the driver actually was. Another 30 minutes passed, and I called again—same answer, same uncertainty. After yet another half hour with no delivery, I called to request a refund. The staff member put me on hold, then came back to say it was “always busy on a Saturday night.” I explained that I understood but expected honesty about wait times, and again asked for a refund—at which point she hung up on me. The order finally arrived about five minutes later, and the driver argued with us, claiming that “half an hour could mean up to an hour,” which was both unprofessional and insulting. Even based on this warped interpretation of half an hour, all in all the delivery took over 90 minutes to arrive. All in all, the lack of transparency, communication, and customer service was unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from here again and I'd recommend avoiding!

   Phoned up and ordered food for 4 people on a Saturday evening. Lady that answered the phone was lovely and very helpful. 15 minutes later, the food was at our door! Great service and food was great too! Highly recommend!

   Take away order. Chicken chow mein & beef (questionable) thai red curry & fried rice. The thai curry was disgusting, not even sure what cut of beef was used but it was vile., shed load of uncooked celery swimming in a very gloopy sauce. Fried rice was burnt so probably fried a few times so hygiene is also questionable. Chow mein really dry. Literally wasted £25.00. DO NOT EAT FROM HERE

   Orderd delivery for Valentine’s Day women on the phone said 1 hour wait for delivery that’s not a problem however 2 hours passed rang shop multiple times no answer so partner drove up and they were shut! Absolutely ridiculous won’t be going there again

   Parking out front is in short supply but there are plenty of spaces in near by streets. Food is great and promptly dished up for collection. Definitely worth a visit.

   Thought we’d give Chopsticks a try a couple of months ago and the food is great and they do delivery at a reasonable price. Not used anyone for Chinese food since. Popped in on a Sunday evening to collect food instead of having it delivered, what a lovely cheery place to be in. The staff were so friendly and the food was ready when I arrived after being ordered over the phone rather than having to wait for it. Fantastic! Here we are 3 years later and still using “Chopsticks”. Food is absolutely fantastic, delivery always prompt, they usually throw in some prawn crackers for free on the larger orders when we have friends/family up. And the best thing is their prices have hardly increased, not like every other takeaway in the area. 10/10. Fantastic food and service!

   Great food, reasonable price, good helpings. Is a takeaway only and have given 5* for pleasant atmosphere because of kind reception by staff. Parking can be tricky on a busy road.

   Had a meal delivered last night . Have used chop sticks loads of times and normally very good. We ordered KING prawns sweet and sour It arrived reasonably quick and looked great. However the so called KING prawns in the batter for sweet and sour turned out to be. The smallest shrimps I've seen. King prawns my arse Very disappointed
