    Fantastic and patient staff have helped me through two recent fencing projects. I'm not in the fencing trade (yet) and my orders were fairly small. The Thistle staff couldn't be more friendly, guiding me through exactly what I needed. Both deliveries were punctual and the driver was as helpful and friendly as his colleagues behind the counter. I've got no hesitation in recommending this business, thanks again.

    I ordered a quantity of paving slabs which were delivered as promised early this morning, whilst removing packaging it was apparent the slabs were the wrong shade of grey. I phoned the branch where a lady called Tess took my call, asked some pertinent questions and the within an hour advised me the correct slabs would be with me early afternoon, and indeed they were. Excellent service, however the most impressive thing was her ability to acknowledge the issue, deliver an immediate and positive response which was very welcome . If only more people could operate like this !

    Went to the south gyle location today with my elderly father for various products for his garden redesign. Charlie who advised and served us and the guy in the yard (sorry didn’t catch name) who helped us were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to support us. Superb service, great staff.
