Absolutely brilliant service from Andy, I found myself with a tyre issue and he went above and beyond to resolve the issue. My car needed to be recovered and I honestly cant thank him enough for all the help. I wish I could put down 10 stars, I would, brilliant customer service.

My car broke down on monday morning so called my insurance to get my breakdown cover and car recovered to my local garage. Was told M8 recovery would be with me in 4 hrs but sure enough 4 and a half hours passed with no contact whatsoever from them. Called my insurance again to cancel that call out and they put me onto Auto Rescue in Airdrie and within 5 mins I got a call from one of they're drivers Declan to say he would be with me in half an hour and true to his word he was. He was absolutely first class and I wish my they had called Auto rescue in the first place. Top man and top service from Declan and his team. Highly recommend anyone to give these guys a call in any circumstances
My VW Up was totally dead when I went to go to work this morning contacted One Call Insurance who arranged Auto Rescue to assist in getting my car up and running again. A very friendly Michael from Auto Rescue arrived within 30 mins, jump started my car, got it going again and advised may require new battery. Michael was very professional and well mannered, recommended a local garage which I went straight away to, new battery ordered, fitted and checked. Fab service and well done Michael what a star! Thank you so much for all your help and advice.
Genuinelly surprised at how quickly Camy got to me, when he arrived he was extremely professional and took extreme care with my car. I will genuinely recomend the company especially Camy if anyone I know needs assistance. If 10 stars were available he would deserve the 10.
Breakdown service provided by Cammy after my car literally died on my doorstep. Cammy finally managed to get into the car to get to the battery and got me moving once again. Very friendly and knowledgeable and and had a good conversation about the merits and otherwise of owning an Alfa. 10/10
Received a great service from Cammy, really quick and polite. The sidewall of my car tyre was damaged and I had to get it recovered, Cammy was quick to attend and was gentle with my car getting it on and off the bed and had a brilliant conversation with him down to the garage; couldn’t ask for more!

I waited an hour which isn’t too bad. Guy who was rescuing me :D was very nice and polite . When your car breaks down and you are freezing and just want to go home, you had to cancel your plans etc, its great to come across someone like this.
