   I went there to get a toilet flush button. While I was waiting in the line, the manager approached me and helped me to find the parts. I truly appreciate how welcoming and helpful he was. I just want to get something worth a few pounds. He was so patient to search for the part using the computer and went back a few times to find the parts. That is something makes this Screwfix stand out from the rest. Can’t recommend this Screwfix more.

   In today at 5.15pm. Empty store bar one other customer and two members serving. Jobsworth female attendant insists new policy is that orders HAVE to be placed on in store tablet. Different to all other stores then...? Message delivered in a stuck up and condescending manner. Toolstation got the business instead. Won't be back!
