Nice to have a corner grocery store option in the middle of a busy city downtown for those occasions that you don't feel like restaurant dining or need snacks for an outing. Nice selection and reasonable pricing!
It's a very busy store and unfortunately I couldn't use my smart shop app as there were no members of staff who knew where the bar code was situated in the store! After a good 10 mins, I told them to give up the search and I joined the long queue to use the self service tills. The staff were very helpful and no complaints about how they dealt with the situation.
The shop is well-organized.
Good location for store bit exspensive for some items... My issue was the staff member on the lottery till no hello thank you or bye me and my sister did wonder if he could talk. But then there was a old lady who was getting served after us who must be a regular he couldn't have been more friendly if he was on the till again I would just buy a ticket elsewhere.
Disappointed by the new set up at West End Retail Park, due to the removal of staffed tills and addition of self-service checkouts. Also unimpressed by the new Argos unit within Sainsburys which will cause more congestion and be a pain in the backside, when it as no separate entrance from the pavement outside. Its also seen a big reduction in lines stocked by Sainsburys. Too much focus on greed from these mergers, and not enough on customer satisfaction. Bring back the staffed tills.
Visited to get some groceries. It had good width in the Isles for a wheelchair. No problem getting around store.
Reasonably priced for what is essentially a convenient Sainsbury's store. Staff polite and helpful on self check-out.
A great little supermarket with a really good range of produce. Much better than some of the other smaller supermarkets. Super helpful and friendly staff.
Located very close by to Edinburgh bus station and just 2-3 minutes walk away from At Andrew Sq tram station Well equipped with all take away items .
