Refrigerator doors are open, making the cold chain for the food inside questionable. The store is very disorganized, and it's unclear what's on which shelf. There's no informational sign on how to apply for a Club Card. The QR code on the register only works for iOS devices. Staff should be trained on Club Card applications. Some items are more expensive compared to other supermarkets.

Bit messy in the store with some noticeable empty shelves. Alright variety of meal delas (they haev fruit mains) but very empty at times. Come here if you are rushed and need something quick to eat. Nothing special.

Never has the item you're looking for. Today it was raspberry jam. How can you operate a supermarket and not have raspberry jam? Also the whole tyranny of the club card. Those club card discount items aren't actually discounts they are just punitive increased pricing for people who don't hold their evil club card.

Overall good experience, you get almost all your daily needs items like milk, bread, yoghurt, juices, chocolates, fruits, vegetables, baby food, dry fruits and lot of other stuff. They also have beers and wines too. But i didn't get travel adaptor so very less electronic accessories. Milk at around £1 for small bottle. £2 for a bread so prices are okay for daily items. They accept all credit and forex cards. Staff is helping. Not too small and not too big but it's not very compact. Bags are available to carry your stuff. It was quick and was not crowded.

The prices in here have gone absolutely crazy over the last few months. Almost every time you go in, another item has shot up in price. I get that costs are going up everywhere but it’s got to the point now that the nearby Co-op is significantly cheaper. There’s a toothpaste in here for a fiver that is £2 in nearby stores for example.

Nice place to grab a quick bite with some drinks. You get a variety of things to eat like snacks, readymade meals, fruits, etc. Household things available as well.

Their price tags are 2 folds, with and without membership which terribly disturbing and confusing. Furthermore the color of membership holder price is too much screaming. Selves for To Go products are nearly empty without filling up and almost all refrigerators doors are open. Personals are not kind.

Arrived here at 10:58pm on a Saturday. We'd checked the opening times in person and on Google, just to be sure, and we understood perfectly well that it was open until midnight. The bouncer on the door told us we had to be very quick as they were closing in a minute. We said the sign next to him says midnight, to which he replied "Yeah, that's wrong." Not very fair really. We had to rush round and do our shopping in around 30 seconds, no time for getting our shopping list sorted, which is very disappointing. Please change your displayed opening hours to avoid disappointing your customers in the future. This is not good enough.

Work close by so unfortunately have to go in for lunch/dinner. Customer service is non existent, place is open from 6am but don't bother going until 7 as the staff are so busy putting out stock you can't get moving to select products and if you ask a member of staff to politely move you get growled at or looked at as an inconvenience. Layout is also terrible, some of the Evining staff are decent but from 6am 3pm is a nope. The staff are a joke to the community unfortunately
