Great big store with huge selection. Particularly good selection of gluten free food items in fresh and frozen sections.

This Sainsbury's is large and has a great range of options, with Argos and Habitat instore, plus a large clothes section and cafe. The prices in Sainsbury's are higher than other supermarkets so I tend not to do a big shop here anymore. On this trip the self scans were completely under-staffed. One person was left to oversee the trolley and basket areas and couldn't keep up with the issues with scanning. I had to wait for ages to get help when the till decided it didnt like my nectar card. Very frustrating.

Self service machines not measuring any weight 2 times, asked to call the manager to mention the issue and the lady refused to call him. I only wanted to give feedback to make it better and was stonewalled by the lady.

A fantastic supermarket with a wide selection of products and very competitive prices. The store layout is clear and easy to navigate, and everything is well stocked. The staff are always friendly and helpful, which makes shopping here enjoyable. I especially appreciate how clean and organised this Sainsburyβs is compared to many others.

Great shop, has everything you need. Regular groceries, clothing and great snacks. Iβm from the US, so donβt see these types of sweets at home

Great stuff. But as all some foods are missing, staff will help in getting you to the right place .prices are on par with other food suppliers. Not as expensive as imagined, in this day all funds are not for extravagant purchases.

The place is off in the other direction from the city centre. I was staying at Britannia Edinburgh Hotel and it is just about 1.2 miles. It takes about 35mins to walk to the place. The retail centre has a lot of stores and one can do all the shopping at one go

Unfriendly staff, mainly kids trying to avoid helping customers and talking to their co-workers. Seemingly hard for them to understand stock management, so you'll see the more popular flavours of a brand sold out and the shelves full of the less popular choices. Also clearly management does not care for disruption to customers when moving items around, they may pack things away in the back with a few hours to go before the shop closes, I assume to avoid a bit of overtime. Go to Tesco instead, wider range, lower prices, friendlier staff, longer hours, basically better in every way.

Big Sainsbury's with an Argos and Habitat. Great selection of cookware and large clothes section. Huge range of supermarket items you don't find in smaller city centre branches. Very clean store with well stocked shelves and plenty of checkouts on. Also has travel money counter and customer toilets

Everything is in one place here literally plus Argos is inside the store too. They always have a wide variety or clothing and home accessories.
