   First World Problem I know! Collecting Christmas Food at Waitrose was disorganised chaos. Queues disgruntled overworked staff Twenty people waiting while it’s being found by the staff, crates being emptied tripped over by customers! Waitrose take on more staff, it’s Christmas! Organise the Pickup Must be a better way than this, you charge enough! Rant Over………..

   A city Waitrose store with its own small multi-storey carpark. Not great lifts with some serious maintenance needs. Going up it announced 'Floor 2' after the doors opened. Interesting mechanical noises during transit. Store great otherwise.

   I am a frequent shopper at my local store, Comely Bank, and unfortunately had cause for a complaint recently. I have to say it was handled marvellously by a lovely young lad called Archie. He was incredibly polite, professional and sorted my complaint immediately. I entered the shop feeling cross but left feeling so much better thanks to Archie’s excellent handling of my situation. Top marks!

   I love the range of goods available and the staff are always lovely. This was the first time I've used the self checkouts and I'll do my utmost to avoid using them again: some barcodes wouldn't scan and the bagging area was far too small for my two bags of shopping.

   Much greater choice of fruit, vegetables, milk and bread than a normal supermarket. Some fruit is a little more expensive but definitely worth it for the taste! A huge choice of quality ready meals too.

   Staff splendid -100% for effort. Poor selection of Scottish cheese and NO Scottish meat. No Scotch lamb- EVER. No Scotch beef, at least none labelled as such. Disappointing support of a country's produce when you are trying to cater for the populace of the country.

   Nice store with the usual supermarket offerings. The female staff member behind the butcher counter was really helpful checking for extra produce when there wasn't much left behind the counter. Good to pop in for a change and to see the different items on offer.

   I went to the gents toilet before shopping, some jobs can’t wait, and was appalled by the dirty unhygienic toilets . Some parts clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly for a very long time. A security guard roamed around the shop giving customers unfriendly looks. Not what I expected from a Waitrose supermarket. Customer service attitude to filth in loos was that they hired a cleaning contractor so the problem wasn’t theirs.

   Miserable, cheeky little git on self service check out today(01/11/22 16.52). Little English guy. This employee knows he can talk to customers like this as no Waitrose customers going to knock him out. I thought I was paying a premium for polite society by shopping here but on my second shop at Waitrose, I am out.
