We went in here to grab a few essentials that we were short on. Staff was friendly. It's a small selection but it's good enough to feel some of your empty items

Today I went into Tesco Express on Earl Grey to grab a drink and a candy bar. I had my registered service/disability dog with me. Usually I have a jacket on her saying service dog but, I’d just ran out quickly. The dog is from the states, was approved by the US and UK governments for travel, and has been well trained. Today one of the store clerks walked up to me and aggressively told me, “your dog can’t be in here!” I stated that he should ask before he tells as she is a service dog. He then proceeded to tell me that only blind guide dogs are allowed. I stated to him that this is not accurate; UK Law allows service or disability dogs for multiple conditions in public areas. He told me I am wrong. Then he proceeded to loudly ask me if I’m blind. Multiple times. Finally I told him yes to get him away from me. I began to walk away and he told me that guide dogs have to have jackets on. I advised him that they do not under the UK Equality of 2010 Act. He told me I’m wrong and I that he’s read the law. Then he followed me around the store stating, “I hope you have a good rest of your night!” To the tune of get out of my store. I’ve traveled with this pup for the last year with minimal issues and a moderate amount of public ignorance. I’m pretty tolerant. This Employee vagrantly violated my disability rights.

Very good to grab all the essential items over here but the only reason is that people are missing from counter and the asian lady over there always says wait someone will come even she can also go to the counter.

Very disappointing that Tesco has hiked the twin pack of garlic and coriander naan bread from 59p to 75p. Aldi and Lidl equivalent is still at the same price. We do not wish to be scammed like this and expect better from Tesco.

There's a gentleman man in there who is extremely rude and makes inappropriate remarks to women and more. There is one member of staff who is awesome and polite ,funny and knows how to deal with the public. Unlike the other gentleman who should NOT work with the public. He has a moustache and calls everyone buddy or mate which is not acceptable to someone you don't know.

Small with lack of products. It's hard to find variety and those cheaper products avaliable in tesco. Ex. No bag of 8 croissants for £1, only the one of 6 for £2.

I like the prices. I also like the cramped, narrow aisles because it's kinda cosy and i don't mind people rubbing up against me even in these Covid times. I like that they finally got self-scanning machines because you would be surprised how often I was over-charged, sometimes not realising until I got home and then having to trudge all the way back to get the few pounds that they owed me, which is a rigmarole in itself. Some of the staff have worked there for years and they seem to love what they do, even if that means over-charging me. I warn everyone who buys something in this store to double check that they've received the correct change.
