   Mess and lack of organisation. Items are lying on the floor and elsewhere. Found the shoes which I was very keen to buy just to find out at the counter that they were on a wrong shelf and the price was totally wrong (double). Also, shoe and clothes store with a bit of mirrors size of the big mac box? Really?

   A got a very poor customer experience from this shop. I am aware that staff have been cut in all Spots Direct shops at least in North London but it is no excuse for providing a poor service. I had to the staff to ask for help and the man was quite abrupt like he could not be bothered. I did say that l was referred there by the Wood Green branch because they had a wider selection of Sketchers high arch. He said to me we don't have those shoes but go and check!! I said to the cashier that the customer service was very poor and that l would never ship there again. This was after she wanted to upsell a promotion because l had spent £70. While l finished paying for the product she phoned and said to someone that I paid for the shoes.!!!

   Awful customer care. Asked for a shoe 3x, waited and nothing, had to ask again and gain. They just seem not to care about the client or selling at all. Need new staff. One star because the girl at check out was helpful and very friendly, what made the experience less frustrating.

   Great assortment of shoes for everyone and for all budgets. A brand that doesn't need my advertising. I only told my experience. Very friendly and helpful staff, even though it was December 31st and they were working... Thank you!

   I've been there a few times and I've found the store very chaotic. They have a very tiny women's section but a larger men's section. I've noticed that staff don't wear uniforms so it's so hard to find someone to ask for help. I picked up a parcel a few weeks ago and I had to wait 5 minutes until the member of staff found it. The queue was getting longer and someone who I think was staff, as he was (almost) behind the till handling hangers, didn't come to help reduce the queue. I don't recommend it if you're looking for women's clothes but you may be lucky if you're looking for men's clothes.

   I am very happy because I looking for two pairs of trainers and the shop had them in the right size. The shop is near to the bus stop and is very big. There have plenty of different trainers and shoes in different companies. The staff was very helpful, only one thing: the price tag of one of box of my pair was not match with the price in their system and on the shelf had a totally different price.

   Sports Direct return to Kew Retail Park after what seems like a gap of 15 years or more. Lots of stock for opening. Very spacious. Better layout than the one in Isleworth. Very quiet at the moment until everyone realises it is there. Let’s hope it is run better than the one in Isleworth.
