At 3:40 on a Monday, there was nobody to serve. Even after shouting "hello" nobody came out. Very poor customer service.
Company needs to employ more staffs. I'm a regular and I'm often always meeting two staffs, one stands as security while one person is left to run both footwear requests and cash register. SD, do you partake in "corporate slavery" because with the size of this particular store and multiple order requests. That's outrageously cruel of your company
Lots of stock. Very crowded sometimes. Staff are helpful but seem overwhelmed at times. Nice variety of trainers and clothes for all ages and a majority of sports.
Good store, but poor service. No one helps you get your shoe size. Afterward, the staff doesn't greet you or help to you. Rude staff. Manager should review your staff.
No staff around and uninterested when they are. Could only find 1 shoe from a pair as well!
Good value sports shoes in this store. Good team working there, namely Dominique who was very helpful and patient while we and others were endlessly asking to try different pairs of shoes
Says on their website they open at 9 on a Saturday. Turn up at half past and it’s all shuttered up. Total waste of time
Top bargains here if ya look. Helpful staff with footwear just need to hope got in your size in stock. Bad part is mess, if you got OCD for tidiness stay clear of this place
Didn't have what I was looking for but to be fair it's a small sports direct. Overall the staffs are really nice and helpful.
A good selection of sportswear at reasonable prices. However you have to be careful to pick up the right size as more often than not they are not displayed correctly. Customer service is a challenging experience and prepare to wait for a considerable time for service in the shoe section.
