   Terrible service. Waited Till for 8mins had to try and find someone to serve me. After that the discount wasn’t applied that was on the sales ticket when questioned by me. I was basically told it is what it is they couldn’t event be bothered to look into it. Even though the pair of slides were opposite the till. And you can clearly see. Staff just didn’t care, I decided against my purchase because the staff didn’t care.

   Wow, everyone in the store today was so helpful and friendly. Called to reserve the trainer my daughter wanted and they were behind the till when I arrived. Turns out my daughter asked for the wrong size so I had to call again reserve the right size and go back in to change them. The phone was answered quickly both times and the lady I spoke to was super helpful and then everyone was really nice when I was in the store.

   I love sports stores and I entered the JD SPORT store hoping to buy new running shoes. The selection was not large, and old and unattractive models. It's true that it's an outlet center.... but keep goods that are pleasant to see and buy. There were many buyers in the store, who were enthusiastic about the sports clothes that were on display. The sellers were kind and the store itself is neat and well organized, with major sport's brands.

   Sofi who was a manager on a till I ask to try a north face jacket and she was so rude towards me and she denied me to try the jacket and when I was about to make a payment she told me that jd is not doing any discount she talk with me like she don’t want to do a business and this sofi I recommend you that she is bad for your business and jd is losing the business because of sofi she was not only rude to me she talk with me and my friend that we are nothing you jd need to take action on this manager sofi and if they allow me to give zero star than I’m happy to give zero star

   We went in after Xmas woth our children to spend some Christmas money, they chose there bits and added the prices together on the tags but when got to the till they were a lot dearer than they should of been. We asked why and was told must be a error when priced up. She would not budge and let us have them for the price it stated which we thought were reasonable. We told the mkeep the items we'd spend our money elsewhere. Seems we were not the only ones who had this issue.
