   I thought it was only me, I always polite and friendly to everyone, but in addition to already added comments – the old woman is so rude and angry all the time, has a terrible accent and speaks super quiet, then looks at you and says "YOU DON"T UNDERSTAND?". Yes, I don't understand the only person in Edinburgh, you. It's just very close to our home, so I had to send / collect parcels through this place. Will think in advance next time, cause I'm pretty much fed up with that thing. To all nice people of Edinburgh – don't waste your nerves on this miserable shop.

   A great little convenience store just minutes from the guesthouse I was staying while in Edinburgh. The store is well stocked, the prices are fair, and the owner was very kind and helpful. After learning the stones in Craigh na Dun (Outlander) are fictional and I would not be passing through them, but indeed taking the plane back home after all, I left Ms Yusef some crystals and gemstones in appreciation of our interactions.

   I went to pick up my parcel today and had a very unpleasant experience. The owner was on the phone the whole time, ignoring customers. When I asked for my parcel, she just told me to look for it myself in a messy pile of packages. It took a long time to find, and she never offered any help. Completely unacceptable service.

   The rudest and most unpleasant engagement with the woman running this place. I went to collect 2 In Post parcels and was told to pick it from the shelf myself - completely disorganised and u secure then couldn’t scan the barcode - totally useless and inept with technology- I repeated the numbers several-times however computer said no! She was going to throw the packages away!!!! Definitely do not recommend choosing the location for InPost

   Terrible service. I went to send off my inpost parcel in this shop, the woman at the till told me to put my parcel on the shelf, however the shelf was messy and disorganised and I struggled to find where to put my parcel so I asked for help from the woman at the till. The woman then said “Oh my god do you even understand?” As I was leaving the store, she then proceeded to say “Do you people even understand english.” I am an east asian and her discriminatory has made me upset. Never coming back again.

   Great staff, lovely owner. Worked there socks off during Covid to keep things going. All credit to them for putting themselves out there to keep us all going. People like this should be supported. Definitely got a regular here!!

   Worst service ever. Went to pick up a DHL click and collect and the only member of staff on the premises was incredibly rude and unable to use the computer to process my pick up and give me my delivery..her response was "you shouldn't have ordered a pick up from here then". Good advice.. avoid.
