   I and my husband were shocked to learn that the female who was serving us was the manager itself!!! She has zero knowlege of customer service!!!!! She is full of attitude!! Will never ever return back to that store no matter even if thats the last store open in London. Other staff members were good but this female manager omg!!!!! I seriously dont know what she thinks of herself!!!!

   After ordering online and arranging collection at this store, I had an email to say it was ready to collect. I checked google times of opening and it said 9am, I got there at 9:23am and it was closed. I enquired the opening hours to the security guard in the w12 centre and he said they had a delivery. I continued to shop at other shops and returned at 10:20, there was someone letting a staff member in as it was still closed. I explained that I had come to Collect an item I ordered online and she was so rude to me, then another woman was also rude. Told me won’t be open till at least 11, as “obviously there was a delivery” I called customer service as I waited to explain the situation and they was calling the store. It then opened. I asked to speak to a manager which was met with an eye roll (3rd member of staff who’s been rude to me so far) manager was the worse of them all! Told me “what was my problem” you could see she’d already been prepped before speaking to me and was extremely rude and patronising telling me “do you understand” in a patronising tone and it’s not her problem the delivery’s are always late. So it’s not their fault. I told her I don’t expect to be spoken to the way the previous staff have all spoken to me. I can see the culture of attitude in this stores runs from the management downwards!! Absolutely disgraceful staff attitudes and I’m left the store shaking where I was so upset! Will never ever use this store again.

   I’m absolutely appalled by the stuff in this store. All of them are SO rude. All have attitude. I brought my son a Nike shirt and shorts which you can clearly see has a reduced tag on it. This is how I brought it, I then got home to see that she had charged me 35 pounds even tho there is a label on the top that that clearly States it’s says 20. I went in and looked at the others which was clearly 20 too. So I went and asked if she could give me a refund of 15 pounds as she had charged me over. She then went on to say she can’t and how the older children’s items were 35! So why have they allowed there staff to put that there? She called her manager over who looks like his just left school with such a bad attitude and said the same thing. They also accused me all changing the labels? How dare you! I’m a 28 year old mum who don’t need to do them things. I would avoid this Jd with all costs. And they should also check there staffs terrible disgusting attitude. I even had the small lady snatch it out my hand cos apparently you can’t bring clothes upstairs. I hate this jd and won’t be coming back. Avoid with all costs.

   Not entirely sure why this JD exists. Every time I have visited this branch I never feel like there is ever anything worth buying. The lack of customer service is appalling. You can clearly tell that none of the staff want to be there. The most I got from a staff member was "You OK?". As I looked around the store I felt like I was being judged. The staff were stood around chatting to one another. I'm pretty sure one of them was management (hence the reason for this kind of behaviour). She then approached me and with a bad attitude asked me to move out of her way. Head office if you see this review (and all of the other one star reviews that have been left before me), please consider closing down this branch. It really has no purpose and your staff aren't doing their jobs properly.

   Shout out to Rhys! He is an absolute star. Went over and above to sort out a return with no bother and he was really genuine and kind. I'm so thankful to him and I'd definitely return to the store!

   Terrible. First of all they charged me £30 for a bag when the price tag says £28 but I don’t care for the £2. The most horrific thing is the lady that was in the store today at 18.00. I asked a simple question and it’s like I killed her. She had a face like she didn’t want to be there and she looked at me and my partner with total disgust. Girl, if you don’t like customer service work somewhere else. I am not going to this store ever again
