   Took my daughter here recently and she hadn't tried a sushi restaurant before. Service is limited as it's self-service from the belt so you are just seated. The food is quite good, but there wasn't that great a selection going around on the belt. Many of the same dishes - it seems to be a limited selection put out. Price is quite high too. You pay based on the colour of the plate the food is on. It's not that easy to keep track of the prices / cost as there are no round amounts for the plate charges (eg 5.75) so this can build up pretty quickly if you're aiming for a light lunch but can eat a lot as it's not that filling. It cost us about £40 for my daughter and myself for a quick lunch with no drinks

   My mum and I decided to go to YO! Sushi as a special treat. When we got there, we weren’t greeted at the door from a happy server, but instead a slow paced/unenthusiastic atmosphere. We noticed a waiter cleaning tables and he seemed to carry a poor attitude. After a while he came to seat us, I immediately knew what kind of dining experience this was going to be, so I asked the waiter if we could order some drinks whilst we order food. The diners next to us , mentioned that the service was very slow tonight as they had been waiting 20 mins to order. I’ve been to a few YO! Sushi restaurants before, and this one has dissapointed the brand for me. Sushi / Japanese restaurants should be quick, clean, efficient and great customer service. Unfortunately, this store is not it. However the food was still amazing, as expected.

   Disappointing!!! As being first time here I wanted to get help from one of their staff members instead of taking the food from the belt. It took 2 people (3 with me) and about 10-12 minutes to complete a order. From 2 only one person knew how to use their devices efficiently. Second disappointing thing was that I received my order in plastic boxes and takeaway bag even if I was asked 3 times by 3 different people if I eat in or takeaway and for all 3 I answered clearly: “Eat In!!!”., Asked them for plates to remove the food from plastic boxes and put on plates myself to not be embarrassed being the only person there with food in plastic boxes like it was bought from Tesco or ASDA(btw have nothing against them). Also the table was sticky even if it was looking clean From 5 dishes 3 was with rice and that rice has had a weird taste so only Korean fried chicken and Guncan sriracha chicken was tasty, 2 good out of 5 dishes. A 3 star only out of my kindness!

   The ramen and kids bento and yo fries were really good The sticky beef was too salty Don’t order for online delivery because you don’t get the same quality of food I’d say - definitely prefer eating in
