   Order arrived much earlier than scheduled which was great! The food I ordered (sushi, fried rice and kimchi) were fresh and tasty. Very generous portions and condiments. Drink was nice and cold, food was nice and hot. Will be ordering again!

   This lot are amazing. I placed an order for delivery, unfortunately was given a wrong item (ordered crab was given salmon) - I called and mentioned it and within 20 minutes I had a fresh Sumiri roll platter delivered, and they threw in some mochi I wasn’t expecting!! Exceptional service - little acts like this make all the difference - this will be my ‘go to’ sushi place from now on.

   Food is decent! But they always leave out condiments! Just ordered 70 worth of sushi didn’t even put chop sticks in…..doughnuts

   Went for collection as been craving sushi for a while. Bought the most expensive platter. Got it home to find that some of the fish had that “no longer fresh” smell and taste. Salmon was ok and robust but tuna was so thin and used so sparingly that it was falling apart. Never again

   Unfortunately our last order with Sushi now after the poor service and communication. Order made as soon as the store opened on their site, ETA of 50mins to an hour. Told via email order was accepted and then shortly after via email put for delivery. After 2 and half hours and 10 attempts of calling into the store with no answer, went in to find no one was in Sushi Now. Order arrived while out, was poor quality and falling apart. No explanation, no real apologies and no compensation. Previous experiences have been good but they lost our business this time as it was a big order and for a treat for someone.

   One of my the worst experience i ever had!! Around 8PM i ordered food from Sushi Now, got an expected time for delivery 20:15-20:35. I waited and waited, tried calling the restaurant but the phone no in the app was saying it’s incorrect, i fell asleep on the sofa waiting, received a message saying my order was completed around 23:00, but, no surprise there, no one ever came. I have video surveillance so i am 100% sure no order arrived at all…. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!

   I ordered at 7:25pm. My food arrived at 9:22pm. I had to call the restaurant twice to find out what the hell was going on. The service on the phone was unprofessional and no one took any accountability for the situation. The driver’s apology for the wait was pathetic, he clearly didn’t care. The food was a soggy disappointment. Ordering here has been a ridiculous waste of both my time and money. If I could give 0 stars I would. I should have read previous reviews before ordering, it seems they have a habit of delivering either extremely late or not at all. If you are thinking of ordering here, I would advise you not to risk the gamble of will-or-won’t the food actually turn up.
