   Easy to order, got item delivered in good time to the tacklebag hq in St Margaret’s, then went and collected it no problem at all and the man who dealt with me was really lovely and friendly and helpful! Such a shame to see the poor reviews! I think it’s a great business. People are too quick to moan!

   Had no choice but to order new PE kit from Tacklebag but they messed up and sent my items to someone else. Twice they told me I would get replacements in a few days and then they admitted that actually they were waiting for the other customer to get back from her holiday and return my items to them!!! They have run out of stock too which is ridiculous at this time of year. I now don't have the required kit for the start of school and it has cause untold stress trying to figure out what to do. No compensation offered. Took my money and left me with nothing to show for it. Terrible company!

   I don't know whether to laugh or cry... Ordered 1 month ago, paid £4 for delivery and received this message: "The agreed supply to the school was for all orders to be delivered week commencing 9th November, which was noted on the header of the web shop. I am pleased to inform you however that we are ahead of schedule and your order is indeed out for delivery today (05/11). I hope your order is well received". Dedicated to the "account manager" of a shop in 21st century England that should be competing with Prime delivery. If it wasn't for the monopoly granted by the school contracts, this shop would not exist.
