Could be better. In all honesty, I find myself now only going to the larger store. Staff there are a huge improvement.
Staff and management are rude and disrespectful of customers. Even when the complaint was a genuine concern of the product being off. Sainsbury's need to look at all other reviews on here, as there seems to be a consistant issue with staff attitude. Been using daily for 18+ months, but I won't be returning.
Friendly staff. Shelves always well stocked. If it's in stock it's on the shelf. They have most things anyone could need from a local and offers mean you will sometimes get a reasonable price. Bonus argos collection point now which is very good.
Arrogant male member of staff tall guy who I won’t name told me today I couldn’t return a faulty item a phone cable cos I had for 5 months I had a receipt and it was under warranty he said you only have 30 days! faulty items are a different story he didn’t seem to know this and he is one of the managers . Complaint made to customer service.
Good store other than one particularly sour faced staff member (small round woman with dark brown hair) ID's people who are over 30 for engery juices (despite visiting the store daily and no other member of staff does this) and says if they have a problem with it them they "can just not come back to the store"
Staff seem good but the store always has several customers from the construction sites next door none of whom are are wearing face masks. Not the stores fault their customers are stupid but not shopping there any more. Too risky.
I notice a lot of people are complaining about a staff member. She is absolutely the most disgusting person I have ever met. Rude doesn't come close
The staff love selling under aged people alcohol and cigarettes but won't sell 28 year old energy juice without I'd... Staff are arragent and not the friendlyist. Also the more of there products you buy from this smalls shop the more the price gose up anything t at is high demand they double the price or rebrand as better quality than before..
